Michael W. Nalli, Esquire is a lifelong resident of Beaver County. Attorney Nalli was born in New Brighton, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Center Township, and was a 1991 graduate of Center High School. Attorney Nalli attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University in 2000. In October 2000, he was admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since then, Attorney Nalli has concentrated his law practice in the areas of personal injury, estate planning and administration, and real estate. In addition to working in private practice, he was an Assistant District Attorney for the Beaver County Office of District Attorney from October 2000 through May 2006. During his period in the District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Nalli handled the prosecution of hundreds of DUI and traffic offenses, drug offenses, and other felony cases. In addition, Attorney Nalli functioned in an administrative capacity as a liaison between the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County and the Office of Public Defender in assisting with the management of the criminal trial list. Attorney Nalli has given frequent lectures to the Beaver County Bar Association in the areas of elder law and DUI law. In addition, he has been a frequent guest speaker for church organizations, financial planners, and senior citizen organizations on the topics of estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. Attorney Nalli is a member of the Beaver County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Beaver County Bar Association’s Mock Trial Committee, where he has assisted with the coordination of the Bar Association’s Mock Trial Program. In addition to his professional activities, Attorney Nalli is Vice-President of the Center Area Education Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting the students of the Center Area School District. He is also a member of the Beaver County Business Exchange, a networking organization in Beaver County, and the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce. Among Mr. Nalli’s pastimes is learning other languages. Presently, Attorney Nalli is taking courses in French and Portuguese. He also speaks conversational Spanish and Italian. Attorney Nalli is married to the former Sharon Patasce of Poland, Ohio. The Nallis reside in Aliquippa.
